If you're using SR on one side, I believe neither the LX4 or LRM are options. You should be using SR optics on both sides. Also ensure that your fiber patch cord does have a "twist" in it. So that your TX hits the RX on the opposite side. If unsure, ...
Can you post some configuration output, I'd be happy to look at it and see if I notice any misconfigurations. There should be no issues running a PC between a router and a switch. I'd recommend using LACP (channel-group XX mode active) on each side.
