Hello All,

I have a situation where clients are not able to get IP address from DHCP pool when attempting to connect to a office ssid : campus. where as same users are able to get IP address when connected via wired to the switch that is connected to OEAP LAN port.

When I do the debug of client mac address I see below output. Could some help me ?

debug>client f0:29:29:d0:12:89

I was able to solve this issue myself !

There was some client based certificate authentication that was not working, when tried to restart the NPS server (inhouse) things resolved to normal.

Anyways thanks for all your support !

Did you try with a second client?
It looks a little bit as if the client didn't send a DHCP request.

On the other hand, I also dislike this part here:
Interface Group was NULL
Sounds as if the client wasn't supplied with a VLAN, but I'm not sure.

All the client PC's when accessing over wireless has same issue but as mentioned initially same clients when connected to wired switch are getting IP address from same pool.

Can you check if the assigned VLAN in the SSID configuration is existing on the LAN on-site? I sadly don't know OEAP better, so I can't help you much more.

Hello,
SSID mapped interface is the same as wired interface, so its a same.
