I did reboot the FP primary and it became the secondary, I can access it now, but can't access the primary, I'm going to try to reboot the other FP that is now the primary, but may need to wait to get the OK to reboot it.

I can't give you a screen shot, but it's a secure network.For our ISEs we have some info in the Cisco Software Central product instances for the license, It goes by SN of the ISE device and I don't see the ISE device that has the expired base license...
